All of our classes are below with the dates and times showing availability.

Please book your ticket using the Eventbrite system. There is an administration fee of $10 if you pay on the day of your course.

If you have successfully been booked, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the ticket for your course and your receipt for payment from Eventbrite.

Please make sure you read the whole booking confirmation email as it will contain information vital to your class requirements.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requested 7 or more days prior to the commencement of the course: Full amount refunded

Cancellation requested 2 to 6 days prior to the commencement of the course: 50% refunded

Cancellation on business day prior to course commencement, no show on the day, arrive too late, withdrawal during the course: No refund

To change the date of your course we require 24 hours notice.
We will not issue a refund if you attend and complete the incorrect course.
Christal Clear Training reserve the right to postpone or cancel training course with 1 hour’s notice.

Online Training for Rural or Remote Hospital Workers

Online training and Assessment for workers who cannot make it to our in-class workshops.

The dates you choose for the tickets do not matter, they do not affect anything for the online training.

Includes Hazardous Manual Tasks, Fire & Safety, Aggression Management, Aseptic Non-Touch Technique, PPE Donning & Doffing, Infection Control, Workplace Health & Safety, Falls Risks

Can take up to 3-5 business days for your certificate to be issued from submission of videos.

Videos can be submitted through WhatsApp. In the message, please include your full name and which course the videos are for. Our WhatsApp number is 0422270763. After you have have sent them through, please email melanie@christalcleartraining.com.au to let her know you have submitted.
